We make every effort to create beautiful products that we want you to be delighted with but sometimes we, or our delivery partners, have issues and your order is incorrect, late or not as expected.

Refunds

If a refund is required we will process it using the same method used to make the payment.

In the event of a refund we will advise if we require the product to be returned, in some cases this is not required.

If we request a refunded item is returned we will pay for the postage.

Exchanges/Returns

Sometimes the wrong product or incorrect amount is ordered.

If this happens, providing the product has not been opened, we will accept a return, but in this instance the postage will have to be paid by the customer.
