We use a good old 1 litre kitchen jug to measure our confetti. We do it this way to ensure that no matter what the individual petal weight or contents of our different confetti mixes, our customers get an equal amount of confetti.
Of course you can, when going through our checkout tell us your wedding date and we’ll send out your order 4 weeks prior to your big day. Here at Polly’s Petals, we understand how it’s good to get things ticked off your wedding list when you can, so we want to help by offering delayed delivery.
Our confetti is 100% biodegradable and natural. We don’t use any dyes or chemicals on our petals so our confetti will definitely meet your venues requirements.

So your confetti is perfect for your big day we recommend ordering 4 to 8 weeks prior to your wedding. If you’re making a last-minute order and need speedy delivery, please contact us.
When your order arrives, open it up and check it’s exactly what you wanted. It then needs to be stored in an air-tight container and put in a dry and dark place.
Yes, contact us with what petals & herbs you’d like. We’ll then work our magic & create a bespoke mix just for you. If you’re local give us a ring to arrange an appointment with our confetti mixologist.
Delivery
All orders are sent out the next working day via Royal Mail’s 48hr delivery service. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. If you need a faster delivery time, please choose our first class service at checkout.
Don’t panic! We have a tracking code for all our parcels. Head to our contact us page or email us with your order number, we will locate your parcel and update you with its whereabouts.
