Decorated with our freeze dried violas, red vein sorrel, alyssum flowers and nasturtium leaves.

I always decorate my cakes the night before and store them in the fridge over night.

Come on sunshine! ☀️ today some of us might see the sunshine, so I’m sharing a picture of my sunshine cake experiment … I’m hoping it will encourage her to come out for us.

Decorated with our freeze dried violas, cornflower and red vein sorrel leaf on sunny vanilla butter icing….. the sorrel leaf has a hint of berry flavour which pairs with the vanilla perfectly.
