Our Red Vein Micro Sorrel leaves have a fresh fruity flavour. These natural leaves are freeze dried and will last several weeks if kept dry and away from direct sunlight. This is an edible leaf and can be consumed. This leaf would pair well with Apples, Beverages, Cheese, Egg Dishes, Lentils, Oily Fish, Peas, Potatoes, Rhubarb, Salad, Strawberries, Cocktails and Cakes.

Our Edible Freeze Dried Natural products have been dried using a chemical free process that keeps their natural charms but allows them to be kept for use for approximately 3 months.

As this is a natural product the colours and shapes may vary slightly from the images shown.

These leaves do not need to be refrigerated. They will arrive in a box made from plant materials and sealed in a recyclable grip seal bag to help you to preserve them.

We source our fresh flowers and plants from a UK grower and Freeze Dry them in-house in Dorset with a process that takes many days using a chemical free way of preservation using temperature and vacuum.

We love the colour, the smell, the texture, and the versatility of them, but most of all we love the fact that they are friendly to the planet.

The is a small chance that you might find the odd tiny little harmless bug hiding between the petals that has escaped our cleaning procedures. These infrequent harmless stowaways would be freeze dried too.
