Preparation – No preparations is required for this product.

Butter Icing Cakes – Can be stuck directly to butter icing using its natural tackiness. Do not refrigerate your cake before you decorate because the butter icing will set and nothing will stick (Edible glue will work if you have this situation) . I usually decorate my cakes the night before I need them and keep them covered in the fridge.

Royal Icing/Fondant Cakes – Can be stuck to royal icing/fondant cakes by using edible glue. This can be done in advance of your event and should not discolour the product.

Garnish Hot Food – Temperature will affect the products so garnish as you are about to serve.

Garnish Cold Food – Will make a lovely garnish and can be decorated the morning of your event. If the food is liquid, please garnish as you serve.

Garnish Hot Drinks – Temperature and moisture will affect this product so garnish as you are about to serve.

Garnish Cold Drinks – Moisture will affect this product so garnish as you are about to serve.

Ice Cubes – We suggest using bottled water for making ice cubes, this is so the ice cube is not cloudy. Any of edible products make beautiful, fun and colourful ice cubes.

The petals have been dried naturally and should retain their colour and texture for a minimum of 6 months from the purchase date. The petals will have a Best Before date and will be packed in light resistant, airtight re-sealable bags, please keep in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

We do not process products that contain any of the 14 main allergens listed below:

• Celery (including Celeriac)
• Cereals containing gluten – these are Wheat, Rye, Barley, Oats, Spell and Kamut or their hybridised strains.
• Crustaceans such as Crabs, Lobsters and Prawns.
• Eggs
• Fish
• Lupin
• Milk
• Molluscs
• Mustard
• Nuts such as Almonds, Hazelnuts, Walnuts, Brazil nuts, Cashew Nuts, Pecans, Pistachio Nuts, Macadamia Nuts and Queensland Nuts.
• Peanuts (also called Groundnuts)
• Sesame Seeds
• Soya beans (sometimes called Soya)
• Sulphur dioxide and sulphites at levels above 10mg/kg or 10mg/litre

No food is stored or consumed in the building where the petals and flowers are mixed and packed to minimise the chance of cross contamination.

What if I am pregnant?

Please check with your doctor if you are unsure. Some of our Edible Flowers, Petals and Micro Herbs are unsuitable for women who are pregnant.

UK Addresses

As standard all orders will be processed on the next working day and sent via Royal Mail’s 48hr delivery service.  Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

If you need a faster delivery time, please choose our First Class service at checkout.  If your order is received before 12:00 we will process it on the same working day, otherwise it will be the next working day.  Your order will be sent using the Royal Mail tracked 24 delivery service.  Ideally your parcel should arrive the next day, but sometimes it takes as extra day.

If your order does not arrive we have a tracking code for all our parcels.  Head to our contact us page with your order number, we will locate your parcel and update you with its whereabouts.
