Pink Rose Petals (P&P included)
Edible rose petals are used in a variety of dishes for their floral aroma. They are also perfect for garnishing plates. Rose petals are often used for baking and add the wow factor when used for cake decoration.
Cocktails – Try adding a sprinkle of petals to your gin and tonic or cocktails. We here at Polly’s petals have also tried soaking them in gin for a couple of months then straining off the petals, this creates a lovely subtle rose flavoured gin. Perfect for a summer wedding.
Tea – These lovely rose petals make a delicious tea infusion. Simply pour boiled water over the petals in a cup or use a diffuser, then enjoy the natural and the refreshing taste of the rose tea. The health benefits of this drink are said to help you lose weight, decrease halitosis, relieve depression, help maintain skin radiance and body balance.
Craft – Rose petals are also perfect for creating homemade gifts such as wax melts, candles and bath bombs. They are suitable for any craft projects that use dried flower petals.
