This Freeze Dried mix of flower petals contains 10 x Yellow & Orange Pansy Flowers, 10 x Yellow & Orange Viola Flowers, 100ml of Yellow & Peach Rose Petals, 50ml (Approx. 6 Heads) of Purple Butterfly Sorrel Leaves, 50ml of Burgundy Sorrel and Approx. 3 Sprigs of Chocolate Mint Leaves. As these are natural product the colours and shapes may vary slightly from the images shown.
Our Edible Freeze Dried Natural products are ideal for decorating a cakes and any culinary creation your make, or they also look glorious as a cocktail flower garnish.
These flowers have been dried using a chemical free process that keeps their natural charms but allows them to be kept for use for approximately 3 months. Please Note: they do not need to be refrigerated but kept dry and away from direct sunlight
We are a SALSA accredited independent company and source our fresh flowers from a UK grower and Freeze Dry them in-house.
Polly’s Petals is a family run business based in Dorset and as our name suggests we specialise in all thing’s petal. We love the colour, the smell, the texture, and the versatility of them. But most of all we love the fact that they are friendly to us and the environment.
The is a small chance that you might find the odd tiny little harmless bug hiding between the petals that has escaped our cleaning procedures. These infrequent stowaways would be freeze dried too.
PLEASE NOTE: Some flowers contain pollen so please keep this in mind if you have a severe hay fever allergy. Some edible flowers are also part of the mustard, celery, or onion family so if you or your guests are allergic to these the flowers should be avoided. We would also like to caution pregnant or breast-feeding women, small children and the elderly or vulnerable should be cautious when eating flowers for the first time. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions regarding any of our flower and petals.
Our natural products have no chemicals or preservatives added so they will need to be kept it in an air-tight container, somewhere cool and dark. A cupboard or draw will do nicely. This will help to maintain their colour and aroma.
Delivery (UK Addresses)
All prices include postage and packaging, parcels are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you wish to upgrade to 1st Class delivery this can be done so at checkout and an extra postal charge will be applied.
If you order a number of items for delivery to the same address, they may be despatched separately and we cannot guarantee delivery on the same day unless a specific day delivery is selected. We make every effort to despatch items on time. If the items are not delivered within the time period we specify in the Confirmation Email, please contact our Customer Services team quoting the order reference contained in your Order Confirmation Email.
