Our Edible ‘Fairground Mix’ of Yellow & Orange Marigold with Blue & Pink Cornflower Freeze Dried Natural Petals have been dried using a chemical free process that keeps the natural beauty of the petals but allows them to be kept for use for a minimum of 6 months and last for days on a cake. As this is a natural product the colours and shapes may vary slightly from the images shown.

100ml of our Edible ‘Fairground Mix’ of Yellow & Orange Marigold with Blue & Pink Cornflower Freeze Dried Natural Petals should be enough to beautifully decorate a 20cm cake or 12 cupcakes. Alternatively it also makes a special cocktail garnish.

Our Edible ‘Fairground Mix’ of Yellow & Orange Marigold with Blue & Pink Cornflower Freeze Dried Natural Petals will last for a minimum of 6 months if you keep them cool, dark and airtight. They do not need to be refrigerated. They will arrive in a box made from plant materials and sealed in a recyclable grip seal bag to help you to preserve the flowers.

We source our flowers locally within Dorset and Freeze Dry them in a process that takes many days using a chemical free way of preservation using temperature and vacuum.

Polly’s Petals is a family run business based in Dorset and as our name suggests we specialise in all thing’s petal. We love the colour, the smell, the texture, and the versatility of them. But most of all we love the fact that they are friendly to us and the environment.

The is a small chance that you might find the odd tiny little harmless bug hiding between the petals that has escaped our cleaning procedures. These infrequent stowaways would be freeze dried too.

Some edible flowers are also part of the mustard, celery, or onion family so if you or your guests are allergic to these the flowers should be avoided.
