Each of our Edible Freeze Dried Natural Apple Blossom (Begonia) Flowers are between 1 to 2 cm across and are ideal for decorating a cake or culinary creation or to use as a cocktail flower garnish.

Freeze Drying is a chemical free way of preserving flowers and petals by using temperature and vacuum in a process that takes many days. The resulting flowers have their original colour and structures but will last for a minimum of 3 months.

Packed in airtight, light resistant, re-sealable & recyclable bags that allow some of the petals to be used while the remainder can be stored for months in a cool dark place for future use.
