This beautiful mix contains 15 x Purple Violas, 50ml of Blue Cornflowers , 50ml Purple Sorrell and 200ml Pea Shoot Tendrils. As these are natural product the colours and shapes may vary slightly from the images shown.

This edible freeze dried flower mix is ideal for decorating culinary creations. One of our gifted team created a beautiful Foccacia bread for one of our birthday parties, please see the pictures.

These flowers have been dried using a chemical free process that keeps their natural charms but allows them to be kept for use for approximately 3 months. Please Note: they do not need to be refrigerated but kept dry and away from direct sunlight

We are a SALSA accredited independent company and source our fresh flowers from a UK grower and Freeze Dry them in-house.

Polly’s Petals is a family run business based in Dorset and as our name suggests we specialise in all thing’s petal. We love the colour, the smell, the texture, and the versatility of them. But most of all we love the fact that they are friendly to us and the environment.

The is a small chance that you might find the odd tiny little harmless bug hiding between the petals that has escaped our cleaning procedures. These infrequent stowaways would be freeze dried too.

Some edible flowers are also part of the mustard, celery, or onion family so if you or your guests are allergic to these the flowers should be avoided. We would also like to caution pregnant or breast-feeding women, small children and the elderly or vulnerable should be cautious when eating flowers for the first time.
